Terms & Conditions  (updated February 2011)

 

Before any orders are placed with Just For You, all of the following Terms & Conditions should be read, understood and accepted by the customer.

 

1.          General

1.1         Just For You reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.  Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at top) or after incorporation into stationery.

1.2        When you use certain Just For You services please read all additional information provided with regards to such services as this information will provide you with full details on how to use such services.

                                                                                                                                                                       

2.          Ordering

2.1        All orders that you place on this website or via communication with Just For You representatives, will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.2       Up to 3 sample card designs will be supplied on request at a fixed fee of £7.50.  Just For You reserve the right to charge for any or all additional sample designs requested.  The fee is inclusive of postage and packaging to UK mainland addresses.  An additional charge will be levied on samples dispatched to non UK mainland addresses.

2.3       The cost of sample card designs will be deducted from the deposit due on confirmed orders.

2.4       A Proof of Acceptance form will accompany the samples and must be signed and returned with the selected sample design.   Proofreading of Just For You stationery is solely the responsibility of the client.  Just For You cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.

2.5       Any text that needs altering after proofs have been approved will incur extra charges.

2.6       Just For You will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for any hymns, poems, readings, etc. used in the Order of Service.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct permission has been obtained.

2.7       An Order Confirmation will be sent on receipt of a signed Proof of Acceptance form, confirming the stationery design, quantity and price.  A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid at this stage prior to commencement of work. A Final Invoice will be sent after the creation of your stationery, requesting payment of the remaining balance and all postage and packaging.

 

3.          Payment method    

3.1        Payment can be made by cheque (payable to L. COLLINS), postal order or cash.

 

4.          Prices

4.1        All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates but exclude delivery charges.

4.2        We reserve the right to amend all prices.  Price changes will not be applied retrospectively to confirmed orders.

 

5.          Delivery

5.1        Delivery charges will be added to your final invoice and estimated timescales will be specified in the Order Confirmation.  Whilst every effort will be made to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.  Just For You shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

5.2        Postage & Packing will be charged as follows:

a.    If the customer is only ordering a guest book then the charge for postage and packing is £5.00.

b.    Small parcels (less than 2kg) will be charged at £12.00 per delivery.

c.    Large parcels (more than 2kg) and table plans will be charged at £22.00 per delivery.

d.    If multiple deliveries are required per order than each extra delivery will be charged at the appropriate cost (stated above).

5.3        All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier and charges will vary dependant on the quantity/type of goods ordered. Postage and packing charges will be shown on the Final Invoice, payment of which must be received before the goods are dispatched. A signature is required upon receipt of your order. Once dispatched Just For You accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

 

6.          Quality, Substitutions and Cancellations

6.1        All products are subjected to a quality check prior to dispatch.  All our items are handmade, therefore, each may be slightly different. Refunds will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty or does not meet the specifications outlined at the Order Confirmation stage. Slight variations are due to the handmade nature of the work and therefore will not be seen as faulty.

6.2        Materials used for the creation of the product designs are subject to availability from suppliers.  In the event that materials are unavailable, Just For You will inform you of this as soon as possible.  Appropriate substitutions will be recommended, however a full refund of monies paid (excluding the cost of samples) will be given where you decide to cancel.

6.3        If a confirmed order is cancelled by you for reasons other than those outlined in 6.2, all completed work must be paid for, that exceeds the non-refundable deposit paid.  An invoice will be submitted accordingly.

 

7.          Confidentiality

7.1        All details collected by Just For You for the purpose of fulfilling your order will be held confidentially and not shared with any other organisation or individual without your express permission.

 

8.          Copyright

8.1         All designs and content that appear on the website of www.JustForYouWeddingStationery.co.uk are strictly covered by copyright. It is a copyright infringement to copy full or part of any design shown on our website and in any other material produced by Just For You.
